Crizzpy Chili Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

Fried Rice

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 eggs, lightly whisked
  • Carrots and cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp chili paste
  • Finely sliced spring onion, to serve
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 200g of pineapple, cut into cubes

Method

Prepare Crizzpy’s Snackyโ€™s

  • Deep fry your Crizzpyโ€™s Snackyโ€™s until golden brown OR air fry for 20 minutes at 180 C. Set aside.

Fried Rice

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  • Add the garlic and onion and cook for 2 minutes until the onion is starting to brown.
  • Whisk in the eggs and mix.
  • Add the vegetables and cook for a further 2 minutes until wilted.
  • Add the chili paste, mix and add in the Crizzpy Snackyโ€™s. Toss until well combined.
  • Garnish with spring onion, serve with rice and enjoy !
